How quickly do you launch campaigns?
We go live within 7 business days of signing. That includes full account setup, tracking implementation, creative production and campaign launch. Most agencies take 4–6 weeks — we've built our process to move at startup speed.
What does "ad spend billed separately" mean?
Your retainer covers our management fee only. Ad spend goes directly to the ad platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) via your own billing account. This keeps things transparent — you always know exactly where your money is going.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes — we work with clients across Europe, the US, and the Middle East. Our team operates across time zones and our reporting is available in multiple currencies.
What's your minimum commitment?
We work on rolling monthly contracts — no lock-in. That said, we waive the onboarding setup fee for clients who commit to 3+ months, and results compound significantly over time so we recommend giving it at least a quarter.
How does the 2× ROAS guarantee work?
We agree a target return on ad spend at the start of the engagement. If we haven't hit it within 90 days, we continue managing your campaigns at zero cost until we do. It applies to all plans — no exceptions.
